DIRECTIONS TO THE 19 BROADCAST PLAZA BUILDING  

PLEASE NOTE :   If you are using GPS please input 650 Gest St. to bring you to the parking lot entrance.  There is no access to the building from Seventh Street.

From Downtown Cincinnati: Take Third St. west to Gest Sreet. Turn right and proceed ½ mile. Turn right into the parking lot for 19 Broadcast Plaza.
– Another option is to go west on Sixth St. to the Gest Street Exit (left lane). On the exit ramp merge to the right, turn right onto Gest Street and immediately turn right into the parking lot.

From 75 South: From southbound I-75 take the Freeman Avenue exit.  At the traffic light turn left onto Gest Street. Follow Gest around the bend and be prepared to make a left hand turn into the parking lot of 19 Broadcast Plaza.

From 71-75 North: As you cross the Brent Spence Bridge into Ohio you want to be in the 2nd lane from the left, exiting to River Road/Linn Street. Take the Gest Street Exit (left lane). On the exit ramp merge to the right, turn right onto Gest Street and immediately turn right into the parking lot.

From 71 South: Go through Downtown on Fort Washington Way and get into the left lane to exit to Rt. 50W. Take the Gest Street Exit (left lane). On the exit ramp merge to the right, turn right onto Gest Street and immediately turn right into the parking lot.

From 471: From northbound 471 take Exit 6A to 50W/ 71-75S. Go across Downtown on
Fort Washington Way and get into the left lane to exit to Rt. 50W. Take the Gest Street Exit (left lane). On the exit ramp merge to the right, turn right onto Gest Street and immediately turn right into the parking lot.

From River Rd: Take the Sixth Street Viaduct to the Freeman Avenue exit and turn right onto
Freeman. Turn right onto W. 8th Street, take the Gest Street exit and turn left into the parking lot for 19 Broadcast Plaza.

Entering the Building: Park in the garage and enter the building through the door marked “19 Broadcast Plaza”.  There is an intercom system to contact our office to gain access further into the building.  We are located on the 4th floor about 3/4ths of the way down the hall on your left.

Handicapped Access:  Please enter the garage on ground level at the far end from the entrance to the parking lot.  Pull around to the rear (east) door.  There is ample Handicapped Parking. Use the call box on the right just before the entry door to contact our office for access to the building by calling 408.  There is direct access to the elevator on this level.
